What time is check-in and check-out?
Your stay begins at 3:00 PM and concludes at 11:00 AM. Should you wish to arrive earlier or linger longer, please let us know in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your rhythm.
Is a late check-out possible?
When available, yes. Simply let us know, and we’ll be happy to extend your moment of stillness.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Breakfast is not included, as we believe in personalization. However, we offer a complimentary selection of Nespresso coffee or tea to ease you into your day. Freshly prepared breakfast from one of Knokke’s finest bakeries is available upon request.
Is parking available at the property?
Yes. For your convenience, private parking is included with your stay. A secure, designated space (no. 251, level -4) awaits you just a few steps from the studio. This gated underground facility is located at Jef Mennekenslaan 22/24, with entrance access via Duinvoetjesstraat 4, Knokke. Designed for ease, privacy, and peace of mind.
Do you offer any special amenities?
Absolutely. We provide complimentary bicycles, high-speed WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and a hairdryer. Should you have a specific request—a certain pillow, local recommendation, or curated experience—we’re here to make it happen.
Can I book Studio V as a gift for someone special?
Yes, Studio V experiences make beautiful, meaningful gifts. We offer custom gift vouchers with your personal touch—perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or “just because” gestures.
Is the studio suited for remote work or creative retreats?
Yes. Many guests use Studio V as a sanctuary for writing, designing, or strategic thinking. With high-speed WiFi, a peaceful atmosphere, and inspiring surroundings, it’s an ideal offsite or solo retreat.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Typically, no. Whether you’re here for a single restorative night or a full creative reset, you’re welcome. Weekends and holiday periods may have a two-night minimum.
Are children or pets allowed?
Studio V was curated as a tranquil space for adults seeking clarity, rest, or inspiration. To preserve that stillness, we unfortunately cannot accommodate children or pets at this time.
A personal note from me.
I bought StudioV in 2018 — not as a business venture, but as a personal retreat. In the whirlwind of luxury real estate, I needed a pause button. Somewhere intimate. Honest. Uncomplicated. Somewhere to be with my family — fully, quietly, presently.
StudioV became our safe haven. Tucked away in the very heart of Knokke, yet shielded from the city’s rush on a discreet one-way street and only steps away from the sea, it offered us space. Not just physical, but emotional. In a small building with only a few second-home owners, it felt more like a retreat than a property.
It’s not expansive in square meters, but square meters never tell the full story. What matters is how a place makes you feel.
And this place? From the very first moment, I fell in love with its vibe.
My greatest wish is that you feel it too — that quiet comfort, that exhale, that sense of elegantly winding down.
